The YMCA (also known as YWCA in other countries, specifically designed for women) is a wonderful place that builds families, communities, and people. YMCA stands for “Young Men’s Christian Association.” When most people hear that, they think that it’s similar to a Christian Church.

However, YMCA is far from what people stereotype it as after hearing the name.

Can’t Wear Black

If your scalp is itchy and irritating, it might be caused by an infection of the scalp called dandruff.

Can’t Wear Black

Dandruff is characterized by scaling and moderate itching caused by yeast (pityrosporum ovale). It is more likely to occur in people with oily skin; people who are undergoing illness, stress or hormonal changes; and those who don’t wash their hair often. The yeast is always present on a normal scalp, but sometimes it feeds on oils in the skin. When it feeds out of control, it causes skin cells to reproduce faster than usual. These new cells are quickly pushed to the surface and a build-up of dead skin cells is created, which flakes off and is more noticeable when this process takes place.

Sometimes, parents fail to consider that the amount and quality of their children’s sleep may contribute to poor performance in school and at home.

There are various reasons why children are not getting enough sleep. Sometimes, it’s a matter of the child’s lifestyle or that of the family. Physical problems such as snoring may affect a child’s sleep. Behavioral problems such as hyperactivity may affect the quality and length of sleep. These may cause some children misbehave or have trouble paying attention because they are not getting enough sleep.
