June 29, 2007
In this article, we are not going to talk about chicken breasts; we are going to talk about females and one very important part of their bodies: their breasts. Breasts have two functions; the first one that every one likes, is for pleasuring and the other function, is for the nutrition of babies.
What is cancer?
Cancer is defined as the uncontrolled division of cells and their ability to spread to adjacent tissue either through invasion, direct growth or by metastasizing into distant sites. Beast cancer occurs when this uncontrolled division of cells happens in the breasts. Breast cancer can affect both men and women though it is very rare in men.

Know the reasons in your cycle change that may save your life!
It is normal for girls to have period delays or skips. But do you know that sometimes it can be an indication of your overall health? That’s why paying attention to periods, especially when sudden and lasting changes occur, is very important.
Part 1: You missed a month but you’re sure you’re not pregnant:
If you had regular and punctual periods before, then you suddenly missed a month, don’t panic. Sometimes, stress and weight loss
(or gain) are a huge factor in temporary cycleinterruption. Once those stop, your period should also be back on track again. If your period doesn’t go back to its normal schedule without those factors then it’s time for you to see a doctor.
Protect your skin against the environment
June 17, 2007
Protect your skin against adverse external conditions with action plans for every environmental situation.
In addition to changing with age, your skin can also change from day to day. The environment and the climatic conditions in which you live are major influences on the condition of your skin. Long¬ distance travel is a specially stressful situation for the skin.
However, if you make simple adaptations to your skincare routine, you can stop problems before they start, avoiding the need for rescue operations that require time and effort.
DRY, HEATED ATMOSPHERES
Air-conditioning and central heating make life difficult for your skin. The humidity in some offices is lower than the Sahara Desert! As a result, the atmosphere robs your skin of precious moisture, leading to genera] dryness and flaking, and chapped - even cracked - lips.
Normal, dry and sensitive skins
These skin types suffer especially in dry atmospheres. The skin on your face may feel tight and you will be able to see fine lines on its surface. If this happens, use a richer, more high-powered moisturizer.
Oily and combination skins
If your skin tends to be oily and you get spots, you may find that a hot indoor environment stimulates the sebaceous glands and makes the situation worse.
Use an oil-free moisturizer, blot any oil coming to the surface of the skin with a tissue and be sure to cleanse thoroughly night and morning.

Sexual Side Effects of Widely Used Medicines
June 10, 2007
Many illnesses themselves can cause a lack of libido and impotence, but in other cases it is the medication that brings on changes in one’s sexual desire and capability. Research in this area is scanty, and the sexual side-effects of many drugs are not universal. It is advised you discuss your own situation with your doctor. However, the following drugs are known to have an affect on the sex lives of people who take them regularly.
What can we do when we get burnt?
June 6, 2007
Before knowing how to treat the burn, we have to first know a few details.
What type of burn, the degree of the burn and the size/area of the burn. First at all, do not panic since it’s not necessarily an emergency every time.
There are 3 different degrees of burns. We can treat the first and second degree burns ourselves but should seek medical attention for the third degree burn.
How to Fall Back Asleep
June 3, 2007
Agony: Awakened in the middle of the night and not able to fall back asleep.
Prime cause: Advancing age. People under 50 suffer insomnia far more than those over 50.
How to cope: Do not be irritated when you find yourself awake at 2 am. Anger only fuels you and thus prevents sleep. Instead, fix your mind on a single relaxing image.
Example: Visualize a flickering candle. If you are still awake after 30 minutes, go to another room. Watch an old movie on TV, or read a book or magazine. When you feel sleepy, return to bed. If sleep still eludes you, go back to the other room and read some more.
Frustrating and useless: Tossing and turning in bed, waiting for sleep to arrive.
